1. Sprinting. This is a workout that you can do quickly in a day. You can start with sprinting for 10 to 40 seconds everyday, and you will experience a significant effect on your body weight-loss hormones. In fact, with 60 to 80 feet springs, you can burn those fats in the same amount as in walking for an hour. So if you are tired of spending an hour walking trying to burn these calories, try sprinting because it has the same effect, only faster.
2. You can also do weight lifting. This does not require much time. The more you increase the weights you lift, the more calories you can burn and it has nothing to do with time. Find the maximum weight that you can lift and then do 10 to 12 repetitions. You will experience an amazing boost in your metabolism.
